Senior Director – Data Analytics and Visualization
Site Selection Group is seeking to implement a strategy to optimize and enhance our data analytics and visualization standards firmwide. We require an experienced individual to assist in the execution and ongoing management of this effort.
This role is ideal for experienced professionals in data analytics, business intelligence, GIS, or location consulting who want to lead and innovate within a fast-growing organization. This person would anchor a centralized platform dedicated to supporting the entire firm’s research, data analysis, mapping, and data visualization efforts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in roles related to research, data management and analysis, statistical analysis, geospatial analysis and mapping, data visualization and/or location consulting (corporate, retail, healthcare, etc)
- Strong background with Alteryx is required
- Experience with and a thorough understanding of industry-leading data visualization methods and tools (i.e. dashboards and/or equivalent resources) is strongly preferred
- Experience with spatial mapping/GIS is preferred
- Experience with predictive modeling and/or econometrics would be an attractive attribute
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields like Geography, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, and Data Science, but we’ll consider candidates with a compelling academic background outside of these fields
- Ability to utilize unfamiliar data and methods, think critically, and problem solve
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Associate – Commercial Real Estate
Site Selection Group is seeking a motivated entry-level Associate to join our team and develop into a skilled commercial real estate analyst. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing financial deal structures, and managing real estate data to support active transactions.
The Associate will work closely with senior brokers, landlords, local brokers, economic development groups, and clients to facilitate site selection and leasing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating virtual and in-person site tours, preparing client presentations, and assisting in negotiations. This role also requires lease abstraction and data entry into a lease administration system, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
